At Cardiff Snowcraft, product creation is rooted in purpose and place. Each board is proudly built in Canada using renewable energy and fast-growing wood species sourced from sawmills within 60 miles of the factory. This regional approach supports local jobs, reduces environmental impact, and reflects Cardiff’s commitment to crafting high-performance snowboards with a lighter footprint.

Single-species layup of 100% Eastern Aspen, reinforced with web-fused carbon for smooth, predictable flex and reliable durability in freestyle terrain.

71% camber / 29% rocker. Cardiff’s proprietary HALFcamber™ design blends traditional camber with reverse camber (rocker) to balance edge control, float, and versatility. Each model features a unique camber-to-rocker ratio tailored to its intended terrain and riding style.

• PERFECTpivot™ – ROTOR DT
Directional twin shape with centered HALFcamber™, offering a touch of directionality while maintaining freestyle versatility. Lowered nose and tail provide easy pop and fluid transitions across groomers, natural features, and technical terrain.

• RADIcAL SIDECUT™ – ROTOR DT
Directional twin sidecut with 0 mm taper, 13 blended radii, and a 7.6m profile on both toe and heel—delivering consistent edge hold and smooth transitions across varied terrain.

Reverse sidecut bumps aligned with the bindings to enhance grip underfoot. The CARDIFF ROTOR™ features 1mm SPEEDbumps™ on both the toe and heel at each binding.

• NOVERhang™
Eliminates toe drag with rider-specific board designs and a unique binding-area measurement marked on every board for optimal fit and performance.

• FLOATilla™
Places more surface area underfoot to reduce leg fatigue and enable a neutral riding stance. Each board is marked with its surface area to help riders choose the right size for optimal float.

• BUTTERblunt™ Nose and Tail
Shaped to increase float, reduce swing weight, and provide a smooth, stable surface for buttering.

Seamless, impact-absorbing sidewall fused into the wood core to prevent delamination and dampen vibration—like a skateboard wheel smoothing out rough terrain.

• RACEbase™
High-speed, durable sintered black base with superior wax absorption and 6% graphite—black is used for easier maintenance.

• FORGEDtail™
Injection-molded urethane protectors integrated into both the tip and tail to absorb and deflect impact while maintaining lightweight durability and ride performance.

• RALLYedge™
Oversized 2.8mm, 48 Rockwell-hardened metal edges for superior durability and precision tuning.

Factory Finish and Glide

• GROOMtune™
Ready-to-ride ceramic finish with a precise 1° base and 1° side bevel from contact point to contact point, detuned at the nose and tail for optimal control. The ceramic finish ensures perfect base and edge flatness.

• RACEfinish™
Unique linear stonegrind that delivers a fast, smooth, high-performance flat base in all conditions while enhancing wax absorption for improved glide and durability.

• FACTORYwax
Swix Fluoro-Free General Wax delivers excellent glide in all snow conditions with an environmentally responsible, fluorocarbon-free formula.
