Returns & Exchanges

Cardiff covers any factory defects on our boards/skis for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, theft, or damage caused by anything other than defects in materials and workmanship is not covered by the warranty policy. A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to complete the warranty claim. Please contact us at support@cardiffsnow.com to initiate the warranty process.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

Our warranty will not cover every situation, but we will do everything we can to get you back on the mountain as soon as possible. Even if you destroy your snowcraft on a rock, we are happy to figure out the best way to get you a new ride.

SHIPPING

Order protection is highly recommended by our crew as we work to get you on our products. Order protection is a small fee that ensures your products make it to your door. Any lost, stolen, damaged, or missing items will be covered by order protection. If you run into any issues in the order or shipping process you can file a claim by clicking on the order protection Icon in the cart.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

International Shipping

Cardiff does ship internationally. If you are curious about shipping cost and time of delivery to a country outside of North America, please contact customer service.
