All Cardiff Boards go through rigorous inspection at the factory and in our hands. All boards come standard with a 2-year top to bottom factory warranty. We evaluate every claim carefully and if we cannot repair an item and it’s covered under warranty, we will replace it with the same item or a similar item of equal value.  

A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to complete the warranty claim.

Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, theft, or damage caused by anything other than defects in materials and workmanship are not covered by the warranty policy.

Hard and Soft Good Item Return Policy

Every item we sell has a 30 day return policy from the purchase date. If your new, unused, unwashed item doesn’t work out, you have 30 days to return for a refund. All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and all accessories. Returns will be refused (or a restocking fee will be applied) if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
